BONNY GARCHA, Esq. spent over 15 years practicing law as both an equity partner at a Chicago-based law firm and as in-house counsel in a large corporation. Having a deep familiarity and understanding of both law firm and corporate cultures provides Bonny the unique perspective and instincts regarding the right "fit" of an attorney in a specific enterprise. It is her goal to match qualified candidates with employers to help foster a successful career path and optimal growth in an organization. Bonny believes that spending the time to truly get to know each attorney candidate and to understand the specific needs of the employer firms and corporations is paramount to this process. She takes great pride in matching attorneys with the right position and understands the impact of a satisfying and successful career on every professional's life.

Bonny grew up in Chicago and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning her undergraduate degree in Economics. From there, she attended law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, earning her J.D. in 1999. While at Loyola, Bonny was awarded the Loyola Law Alumni Grant and Honors at Entrance Scholarship and was an Editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review. She also enjoyed the time she spent in law school teaching basic notions of law and human rights to residents of the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center as a Legal Related Education Instructor.
